Product Spotlight

One of the best tips I can give you for eating a healthy gluten free diet is keeping your pantry stocked with the right ingredients. The more you cook the more you will know what you need. It can get overwhelming at first. Which is why I have dedicated a page to my favorite gluten free products.

All of Bob’s Red Mill Products are great but the gluten free AP Flour is a must for making breads and baked goods. There is no xanthan gum in this blend.

Aleia’s Italian Bread Crumbs are my FAVORITE. You can use them to coat chicken, top mac and cheese and even add them to your meatballs.

Aldi’s Live G Free brown rice and quinoa pasta is the best affordable substitute for gluten free pasta.

Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips are a staple in my pantry. These chips are made with Cassava. They are great if you are following a Paleo diet. The nacho are my favorite, but they also come in a variety of flavors.
